How to Get Abs
Abs, people love abs…having that 6 packs.. you know that women’s love it , in this post I will tell you how to get the six-pack whit only few rules.
But first let me say, you can do 500 crunches a day or even 1000 crunches but you still won’t get the six-pack, the secret to have abs is to lower your body fat percentage , our abs are behind a wall of fat in our stomach , you can be a skinny guy but don’t have abs , if you have a body fat % higher than 7% you will not see your abs , so stop doing 500 crunches a day and follow this simples rules.
1-DON’T DRINK ALCOHOL PERIOD! Alcohol is the No.1 Enemy of the abs , it will make your belly larger, if you pay attention people that drink too much alcohol have a big belly and don’t have abs ,anyone that wants to have abs and be fit don’t drink alcohol , alcohol contains agents that ruin our muscle growth .
2-Train your Abs like a normal muscle, the only difference between abs and other muscles is that abs recover much faster so work them 2 times a week maximum
3-Do the right exercises to Help your abs to pop out , exercises like :
Hanging leg raise
Flat-Back Leg-Lowering Drill
Oblique Crunches
4-When drinking milk , drink Low fat milk.
5-Don’t drink juice, drink only water, juice can contain “fructose”, that will give the impression that your belly is full, like a balloon, because “fructose” cause gases inside your stomach , fruits also contains “fructose” but in a low percentage .
6- Avoid bread , bread also contain ingredients that give the balloon effect, if you eat bread try to eat only brown bread.
7- Do HIIT “High insensitive interval timing” when doing cardio, i know a lot of people that are skinny is thinking that this is not for them, but if you are skinny and want to get big, you have to build your muscle and lower the fat, unless you want to be big whit a big belly , if you are skinny do only a maximum of 15 min per cardio, don’t be afraid try it.
