Diana Chaloux the perfect “Fitness Body”

It’s Been a while since i posted an article in women’s fit section, don’t be mad i am really busy , but here it is…
This time i will show the workout of a “FAME”  women, her name is Diana Chaloux..don’t now her?

Age:31
Weight: 134 lb (60.9kg)
Bodyfat:13.0%
Waist:27″(68.58cm)

She is a fitness model and personal trainer , some of her glory include wining the John Sherman Classic 2005, Mike Kocsis FAME Northeast Classic ,FAME World Championships, WBFF World Campionships 2008 and much more.
Her philosophy of life is really simple, workout forever not just for a quick fix, eat clean, be competitive and simply enjoy your life.

Here is her simply week of workout:

She do cardio 5x per week before breakfast and 3x a week in the afternoon or evening, 30 to 45 mim each session.

Strength training 6 days per week:

Sunday: Legs:

3 Sets of each exercise , till your legs they feel like jelly.
- Leg Press
- Squats on Smith Machine (Sometimes I use a wide stance and sometimes narrow in order to mix it up)
- Stationary Lunges with DB
- Step Ups on a bench
- Leg Extensions
- Leg Curls

Monday: Shoulders:

Usually 3 sets to muscle failure of each exercise:
- Overhead DB Press
- Upright Row with EZ Bar
- Lateral Raise with DB (drop sets)
- Reverse Fly for rear delts

Tuesday: Chest & Abs:

3 sets of each exercise
- Incline Chest Press
- Push-ups with feet on exercise ball
- Chest Fly

- Plank
- Crunch on exercise ball
- Reverse crunch
- Ab crunch machine

Wednesday: Back:

- 3 Sets to muscle failure. Pull-ups
- Lat Pulldowns
- Bent-over Barbell Row
- Reverse Fly with DB

Thursday: Biceps:

3 Sets to failure.
- DB Bicep Curls
- Preacher Curls on Hammer Strength
- Bicep Curls on cable machine with rope attachment

Friday: Triceps:

3 sets to failure.
- Tricep Dips
- Cable Machine Tricep Extension With Rope
- “Black Eyes” Lying on flat bench DB Overhead Tricep Extension (basically the way you are performing this exercise, you will get a black eye if you drop the dumbbell!)

Saturday: Rest.
