Glute Workout

Hello people how are you doing? in this week i receive some emails , that ask me how to do the “Butt of steel” workout and some of “Diana Chaloux ” workout, i would explain it everything , but you know i love videos, so i will put here the videos of the Butt of steel  and some of  Diana Chaloux exercises. Enjoy it.
